X5 Hybrid

The 2026 BMW X5 xDrive 50e hybrid version is an all-round player. It follows the five-seat SUV design of the standard BMW X5, but replaces the traditional gasoline engine with a plug-in hybrid system. Although the EPA's estimate of 39 miles of pure electric life and fuel economy have attracted much attention, the performance of the xDrive50e cannot be underestimated: the combination of a turbocharged inline six-cylinder engine and an electric motor can output 483 horsepower, and zero-hundred acceleration takes only 3.9 seconds. Coupled with its flexible and vigorous control, it can also be easily moved on winding mountain roads. It also has spacious cargo space and luxurious and quiet interiors, making it a strong competitor for models such as the Mercedes-Benz GLE 450e and Volvo XC90.
