The claim that the Dodge Grand Caravan is about to be discontinued is actually greatly exaggerated-this veteran will continue to exist on at least the 2020 model. If you want to buy a brand new minivan, it is indeed the cheapest option. But before placing an order, we suggest you carefully ask yourself: Is this really what you want? The Grand Caravan seems to have traveled from a decade ago, and compared to its more modern rivals, it has few of the common driving assistance features. Its infotainment system is also antiquated, with an insufficiently intuitive interface and a lack of competitive hardware. However, the Grand Caravan still has some redeeming qualities: practical and durable interiors, second-row seats that come standard for foldable storage, and the plastic-feel but strong cabin-of course, the most attractive thing is still that ultra-low price.
