Even the basic 6.8-liter V8 gasoline engine can output 405 horsepower and 445 lb-feet of torque; but if you drag heavily, the classic 6.7-liter Power Stroke diesel V8 engine is ideal-its 1200 lb-feet of torque gives the car a maximum traction capacity of 40,000 pounds.
