Mercury

The disappeared Mercury brand has existed for more than 80 years and is positioned in the mid-range market between Ford and Lincoln, just between the two brands in terms of price and grade. Mercury has launched a Mariner renamed based on the Ford Escape, as well as a number of models such as the Sable sedan (a slightly modified Ford Taurus), Montego (a modified Ford Five Hundred), and Milan (an upgraded Ford Fusion). Among them, the Mercury Grand Marquis is the longest-running model, based on the Ford Crown Victoria, and one of the last models equipped with a tape player. In 2011, the Mercury brand retired from the historical stage forever.
