Scion

Scion, which was once a Toyota brand, no longer exists, but it has carried Toyota's attempts to innovate its sales model and attract young consumers over the past 13 years. Scion, born in 2003, implements a one-price strategy, with optional configurations limited to dealer additions. In the early days of the brand's founding, it was smooth sailing, especially for Founder's xB SUV, which sold nearly 400,000 units; the tC coupe with more rounded lines also delivered similar results. However, Scion's glory failed to continue-after reaching the peak in sales in 2006, the brand's popularity cooled down year by year, and was finally completely stopped by Toyota after the 2016 model year.
